Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the website, dashboard, payment tools, and support services operated by vtutech ("vtutech", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, funding a wallet, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use vtutech services. We may update these Terms from time to time, and the updated version will apply once posted on this website.
Our Services
vtutech provides digital payment services for airtime top-up, data bundles, and utility bill payments. Service availability depends on supported countries, networks, billers, payment processors, and third-party providers.
- Airtime top-up: Mobile phone credit sent to supported phone numbers and networks.
- Data bundles: Mobile internet plans for supported phone numbers and networks.
- Utility bill payments: Payments for supported electricity, water, gas, internet, cable, or similar utility providers.
Account Eligibility and Security
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use vtutech services. You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated.
You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for every order submitted through your account. Contact us immediately if you believe your account, password, email, phone number, or payment method has been compromised.
We may request identity, payment, or transaction information before processing or continuing service. We may suspend or close accounts that appear fraudulent, abusive, inaccurate, duplicate, or risky.
Payments and Transaction Accuracy
You are responsible for reviewing all order details before confirming a transaction, including phone number, network, country, utility provider, account number, meter number, data plan, amount, and currency.
Once an airtime, data, or utility order is submitted to the provider, it may not be possible to cancel, reverse, or modify it. Completed transactions are final except where our Refund Policy allows a refund because of provider non-delivery, duplicate charge, or verified system error.
Fees, exchange rates, taxes, and total charges are shown before confirmation when applicable. Exchange rates may change, and the rate used for a transaction is the rate available at the time the order is placed.
Refunds and Disputes
Refunds and transaction disputes are handled under our Refund Policy. You must report transaction issues promptly and provide the transaction ID, date, amount, recipient details, and supporting evidence.
We do not guarantee refunds for user error, incorrect recipient details, incorrect provider selection, buyer's remorse, or completed services confirmed by the provider.
Prohibited Use
You may not use vtutech services to commit fraud, money laundering, sanctions violations, identity theft, or other illegal activity. You may not use stolen or unauthorized payment methods, submit false information, abuse promotions or refunds, interfere with our systems, or threaten our staff, partners, or customers.
Service Availability
We work to keep vtutech services available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or instant provider completion. Services may be delayed or unavailable because of maintenance, network outages, payment processor issues, provider downtime, incorrect customer details, compliance review, or events outside our control.
Liability and Indemnity
vtutech services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
Our total liability for a claim related to a transaction will not exceed the amount you paid vtutech for the specific disputed transaction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
You agree to defend and hold vtutech harmless from claims, losses, costs, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the services, violation of these Terms, inaccurate information, unlawful conduct, or transaction activity.
